Support

iSTB allows you to watch IPTV from MAC address based providers which use Stalker Middleware. The app does not support providers which use a M3U playlist.

How to start

Tap the plus icon at the top right to add a provider. You will need the portal URL given to you by your provider and the MAC address you used to register with them.

Please note that not all providers are supported. To check if your provider is supported, you can download the free iSTB Lite app.

Viewing live TV

The app defaults to the live TV section when you connect to a provider.

When viewing the list of channels, you can choose to add or remove a channel in your favorites list by tapping the star button next to the channel name. If your provider supports catch up for a channel, you can access it by tapping the clock icon next to the channel name.

If your provider supports EPG, you will see the currently playing program under the channel name. In landscape mode, you can see upcoming programs under the video. To view the EPG for all channels at once, tap the EPG button to the left of the search bar.

To search for a channel, tap the search bar and start typing. You can double tap the video to watch it in fullscreen. When viewing live TV, you cannot pause, rewind or forward the video.

Viewing VOD and TV series

If your provider supports VOD/TV series, you can view it by tapping the back button twice from the live TV channel list.

To search for content, tap the search bar and start typing. You can double tap the video to watch it in fullscreen. Tap the video once to show the player controls to pause, rewind or forward the video.

Switching providers

To switch to a different provider, tap the Done button to go back to the home screen from where you can select a different provider.

Managing providers

To edit or delete a provider, tap the more button next to the provider.

Please note:

• This app works with MAC address based IPTV providers only. M3U playlist links will not work. Download the iSTB Lite app to check if your provider is supported.
• You will need a valid subscription with an IPTV provider to watch content. This app does not offer any video or audio content itself.
• All content is provided by your IPTV provider. If you have any questions or problems regarding the content or your subscription, please contact your IPTV provider directly.
• You will need an active internet connection to watch content. Data charges may apply. Please check with your internet provider directly.
